The Queen cannot capture either the Bishop or the rook , if it does either of those things, it loses too a check by the Bishop or the rook

If you have to post 3 times and explain it, it's probably not a good acronym.
If you must use it, I suggest "IDNU", which I think is more guessable.
At any rate, there is a thread connected to the daily puzzle which had at least 20 attempted explanations, the last I checked.
