I lose a lot of games by time and I mostly play 10 0. I have recently started playing more games with increment. 10 5 offers a few extra seconds per move. It makes a difference and generally I find a game within 30 seconds..

I'm not sure how to improve my time management. I'm rated around 600. I'm very frustrated because it seems like my opponent finds moves so much faster, I lose on time very often, either that or I feel pressured to move and start blundering, usually by the time I run out of time my opponent has around 4 minutes left which is insane. The worst part is that I very often will look at the review and it turns out I was winning, the bar was heavily on my side but then the clock will turn to one minute and I will simply start blundering everything. If I checked the review and I was losing most times I'd strangely feel better because I simply suck. But realizing that I made better moves than my opponent most of the game but then lost of time feels way more pathetic.
In case anybody checks my games, sometimes losing will get to my brain, I'll rage and I'll start losing a bunch of games on purpose just to lower my rating and "stop caring about my rating so much", it never works. Yes I am human, yes I am monkey. I guess I'm simply looking for a place to let my frustration out. But advice is very welcome. I've thought that maybe losing on time is better than moving out of pressure and blundering, perhaps I should simply be ok with losing on time if the review confirms I did make the better moves. What do you think?
