It doesn't look to me like you outplayed the expert. It looks to me like you were in trouble at least on the 30th move when Black got an outside passed pawn, and probably long before then, like around your 8th move when you voluntarily undeveloped a knight instead of challenging Black's advanced d4-pawn with 8...c3. I think you should either have captured that pawn earlier with exd5, or if you wanted to play something resembling a closed French Defense, then you should have made the c3 pawn break earlier.

Honestly,to me it seems like he completely outplayed you.At which point you think you were winning?Have you checked it with computer?And for this endgame:knight and h(or a pawn) versus king,I somewhere heard that worse side can somehow pull out a draw,although I don't believe it.

Just quickly clicking through the game, looks like black was better the whole time. Almost winning right out of the opening (11.h4 makes no sense). Black struggled a little later in the game cashing in on the queenside, but came through in the end. Not only was white not better, but it looked completely one sided.

Hmm. Good observation. I'm not sure. I played a few sample lines and White still has problems but possibly White can draw.

I didn't say I outplayed him the entire game. Once I was much worse, say at move 30, I completely outplayed him and almost got a draw.

First: h4 is a typical Kings Indian Attack idea. Second, I outplayed my opponent in the endgame. Did you see how I almost drew the game despite being down a piece? He didn't played it very well.

He can just take the h pawn. After White takes returns to Nf6 and black wins.
1766 vs 2056 and it took 93 moves for 2066 to win! Either 2056 badly underplayed part of the game or was outplayed by 1766 for part of the game. Kudos to Fryedk.
White's 5. d3 is too passive. That move allowed black to gain space.
I stopped at the endgame, after Nxa2. Black steamrolled you, at least up until that point. He steadily applied pressure to your queenside, and most of your play was aimed at the kingside instead of defending your weakness.

d3 is standard theory. In fact black's 6th move Re8 is not considered accurate. So I outplayed him there.
I once outplayed a GM, but lost due to several embarrassingly simple blunders.

7.c4 is not correct..... e4 is unquestionably the main line. You may notice that white is playing a reversed King's Indian.
9.Nb3 - perhaps this is a decent plan followed by c3. But I think Nf1 is fine, I am preparing h4 and Nf1-h2-g4

Almost beating someone does not matter, nor does almost drawing. Maybe you are looking for people here to tell you you actually played better than your opponent even though you lost. It was a long hard game and after it was over over you sought to make some sense out of it all. You chose to drag the game out and that gives the appearance of a hard struggle. But often an end result is settled at a certain point, barring a grievous blunder from your opponent. You may have the feeling he could not finish you off quick enough, and rather he was aware he did not have to. Like an old experienced lion who chooses to kill the gazelle in it own due time. He is the lion and you are the gazelle, in this one particular game anyway. Maybe someday, in another game, you will be the lion.
After getting into a bit of opening trouble I completely outplayed my Expert opponent but still lost sadly
