Oui mais après la ligne suivante;

Les noirs ont deux pions de plus, mais leur dévelopment n'est pas bien. Les noirs allaient perdre le pion en c6 d'une façon ou d'une autre, alors que ils ont beacoup plus de chances d'attaques

Even the French admit, reluctantly, that English won the battle to be dominant speech. Having the IOC talk French must be embarrassing, tbh, given their corruption. And people in Africa talk French or English... according to who stole their... FIFA, FIDE, FIA motorsport were set up by France too, but English has to be used for business. When somebody talk French on Forum maybe five percent will understand... When somebody talk English... Most will understand?! Don't get me wrong... French can be lovely, but English remains dominant.

Does it really matter? France, the UK, and the US have been allies since the beginning of the 20th century.

PILOTOXOMXD

Not to mention that both are very popular languages, since they were the 2 most powerful countries in the 1700's.

PILOTOXOMXD

Together, in the 1700's they controlled pretty much all of africa, and UK colonies controlled India, were setup into the US and Canada, and they held parts of China.

CrockPotLion

Oh right... French about to overtake English and Mandarin. Hmm... A study by Forbes also say president Donald will get landslide election win next month. Must be so.

CrockPotLion

And they gave En Passant rule...

PILOTOXOMXD

not really. Some rich guy came up with it in france, and all the plebs tried to tell him to get rid of it, but u can't do anything to a guy with money. It became legal in Chess

congrandolor

French? haha Español majo, olé!!

PILOTOXOMXD

ok. All 3 are major languages.

PILOTOXOMXD

Spain, the UK and and France pretty much controlled the world, except for most of Asia, in the 1700's

chamo2074

No, 3 major languages are the ones in the UEFA Champions league song, aka german french and english:

Die Meister, Die Besten, Les grandes equipes, the Champions!
