I FORGOT HOW TO PLAY CHESS?

I have not played chess for 3 days straight bcos of RL problems

Now It's like I don't even know how to play chess. I am falling for basic traps, making wrong moves and missing tactics. 

it's so f****Ing frustrating and pathetic. I played 1 min blitz, I got rekt by weaker opponents I would normally have for breakfast.

I played 30 Mins to see if there is a difference. Nope, I still get rekt by weaker players.

I feel I'm not familiar with the board anymore and i don't know what is what.  It sucks.

btw I'm a 1400-1500 rated player

Apparently, I've recently met a similar problem.

I got over 1500 but suddenly lost understanding of the position. Everything that seemed intuitive by now started to make me confused. I could only play generic moves and forgot how to fight for the initiative. After falling to 1402 points (AKA almost retarded, as I used to say) I stopped playing chess.
