Should i just move as quickly as I can even if means i lose all my pieces or should i take the time to do good moves and hope not to lose on time

If you're losing on time when you're 20 pieces up, you'll lose even worse when you're 20 pieces down lol.

It's easy to be ahead on the clock when you're up material because your opponent can't make any threats... if you're losing on time in those cases then you're just really-really slow and I'm not sure any kind of strategy would help you.

I've played people like that.

Usually I'm ahead on the clock against them... lol.

Even shuffling a knight they're slow... that's why they do it... because they're slow.

Ok, but to answer your question, you should have a 10-15 move setup in mind for when something like this happens... so figure out some setup you like and memorize it.

Then if they keep doing it past move 15, just point a bunch of pieces at their king and start sacrificing.

Spam Chess is all about winning on time, either because of better hardware, internet,or even a better enviroment...like better gaming chair. It bears little resemblence to any other time limit and has its own strategy. Success or failure often revolves around things that have no relation to chess.Good chess is prefered, but definately not required,if horrible moves get you a win on time, down a queen or two,you have played excellent Spam Chess.

Having more pieces makes it easier to move fast. If you lose on time while up a lot of material then you were definitely the worse player.

The time bullet chess is annoying is when it's a roughly equal position and both players are under 10 seconds. It becomes a coin flip.

Just go for intuition move quickly. If u initially pick up a piece that can’t capture a free piece don’t switch it’ll burn a lot of time off the clock (Now im only 1800 on lichess and 1500 here cause im slow so…)

you need a touchscreen or mobile device to properly play bullet lol

Just because u lose on time when ur winning dose not make them better than me, i am up 20 points and lose on time by a second or two that just means they either move randomly or have better wifi
