Unfortunately addiction and sucking at chess are not my only problems.
In addition, I'm a very very very sore loser.
Everything is fine till I'm winning, but one loss and I got furious and tilted. I soometimes need a few days to get over it.

I wish they did, but the truth is I stalled hundreds of times and NEVER EVER even received a warning or whatever punishment for that. I assume they ignore it just as they ignore cheating.
I never cheat but many of my opponents do and because my reports remain unanswered I try to "punish" the cheaters myself.

Watch speedrun videos by Daniel Naroditsky and John Bartholomew. This got me to 800 elo from 500 elo, and I'm probably still underated. Jot notes on your notebook while watching these videos, and after reviewing your game. (e.g. attacking against king's Indian -> play h4-h5 to undermine their dark squares and get open h file). Also, try to keep all your pieces defended to avoid blunders. Hopefully you can improve like me or even faster.
