Unfortunately addiction and sucking at chess are not my only problems.
In addition, I'm a very very very sore loser.
Everything is fine till I'm winning, but one loss and I got furious and tilted. I soometimes need a few days to get over it.
Watch speedrun videos by Daniel Naroditsky and John Bartholomew. This got me to 800 elo from 500 elo, and I'm probably still underated. Jot notes on your notebook while watching these videos, and after reviewing your game. (e.g. attacking against king's Indian -> play h4-h5 to undermine their dark squares and get open h file). Also, try to keep all your pieces defended to avoid blunders. Hopefully you can improve like me or even faster.
