I hate the chess.com play vs. computer

I can beat level 3 on vs. computer by a landslide every time playing either black or white. I can beat it 20 times in a row. I have played a hundred games against level 4 and I have never beaten it once. there is something wrong with that. it's incredibly discouraging. I don't know what the algorithm is that distinguishes level 3 from level 4, but it's absurd. is there some trick that I'm missing? am I supposed to be using more forks? more discovered attacks? some special opening sequence that I haven't memorized ? Or am I supposed to recognise that level 4 computer play uses some sequence, the counter to which I should have memorized? or have I truly not gotten better at all in the last 5 months? I don't think I'm a very good chess player. I doubt I'll ever be a very good chess player. But I am working on it. after dozens and dozens of games against level 4 , I'm done. there no point in me playing vs the computer anymore. it's definitely not fun. I don't seem to be learning anything. and yes I have been playing tactics drills as well. beating level 3 is not fun because no matter what kind of mistake I make it seems to throw the game with a blunder........ does anyone have some suggestion for me? anyone from the chess.com team have anything to say about the absurd leveling algorithm? okay it's possible I can never be very good at chess. I have a learning disability that essentially gives me no working memory. This means that I can't see moves very far in advance. but you know... I like chess. nothing has easy in my life and I don't like to give up.

I have done some reading on the forums. I think I need to do some studying an analysis of my games rather than just playing. I also think I need to pay more attention to how my opponent is threatening me.

I beat the computer at level 4.

I suggest you watch https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL-qLOQ-OEls4I3rqV_pQje1olPqu1VglD. It has helped me a lot! Also go down to your local club, play some OTB ,and get to know some people. It is more fun than playing a computer hundreds of times (I know from experience). Also play more people online rather than just the computer. You also should know that you have had some good games on chess.com. After you play a game just go through the notation in the top right. You don't need to make a huge production but just review for 1 minute or so instead. Also you have acess to the computer analysis I suggest you use the lowest version. It will just tell you if there was a mate, nothing else substantial (most of its other moves are worse than the one you played).

Well if it's any consolation, I'm a new player and I can't beat the 'very easy' setting on a downloaded chess game. Out of 30 games, I've had 3 draws.

They seem to have fixed the problem. Thank you.
