I have 1000+ chess books or chess oriented books in pdf

Probably more than 100 thousand. Amazon has 27,000 search results for "Chess Book".

I wonder how many of them aren't total garbage.

I can think of too many reason...

yes friends I do have about 1100 to 1200 books.... If I had unlimited net, I would had create a website with them....

no brother... but I have categorised all like opening, endgame etc

You say you are considering sharing all those books. How did you acquire the copyright for all those books?

A few of them may be out of copyright but most probably aren't. Is it any wonder that so few chess books are being published these days?

I think he has a "catch me if you can" copyright.

I want to help players who love chess... I am not selling anything and even I am not posting anything public.

He has the wealth of the world available to him but only has the time to complain about the difficulty of finding the time/ doing the work to actually read any of them...

yes I have interest in chess so I collectrd them but I am not good at all in playng or understanding chess at all...

You have not 'collected' them.  You have effectively stolen them by downloading without compensation to the author.  And now you are offering to share the content that you have stolen with others.
