He sounds like a time squatter they say "enjoy the wait" and let the clock run out in hopes their opponent will get discouraged and disconnect.
My advice is to wait out the time squatter but don't play him again!!

USE CONDITIONAL MOVES. THAT WILL MOVE THE GAME ALONG MUCH MORE QUICKLY. IF IT'S A LOST GAME, THEN IT SHOULD BE EASY.
