Bruh don't study endgames. I only started studying basic endgames whenever I was around 1600 chess.com and 1400 USCF Classical. Mainly do tactics and work on not hanging your pieces. As for what to do when there is no tactics, none of your pieces are hanging, and whenever none of your opponent's pieces are hanging, you should follow the basic principles of control the center, develop your pieces, etc. Watching Chessbrah's habits Speedrun is also good. Naroditsky is great too but maybe slightly more advanced. Also playing G10s or G15s would be best for you right now. Cut down on the bullet and blitz. It doesn't matter if you think bullet helps you improve, it simply doesn't.
I just dont care anymore

Would it also be fine if i watch Gothemchess too, ive heard really good things about him and ive only just now started watching him

Sorry about the last comment, I forgot one thing about my endgame statement. You need to learn the fundamentals. Namely Q+K vs. K, R+K vs. K, King in front of pawn vs. king, King behind of pawn vs. king, and King 2 squares in front of pawn vs. king.

Okay thanks for the help! I really appreciate it

A steady diet of speed chess is a recipe for no improvement.
Im trying to get my bullet rating up first, hence the reason why i play it so much
How do you expect to improve by moving fast and not giving yourself time to think?
I actually do think and analyze the situation, but most times its so that way i can see different responses and different ways to counter attacks that could have good impacts on the next game.
Take this G10 as an example.

You lost in 24 moves and still had 8:26 on the clock. How is that "thinking"?
Look if you enjoy playing speed chess that fine. But when you create a post about being frustrated with losing, and I point put the obvious. Its not to be mean, its just pointing out the obvious.

You lost in 28 moves and still had 7:18 left on the clock. You cant think playing that fast.
This is after i took your advice and do the longer time games. I'm not good at longer games which is why im focusing on my shorter time games currently as i said previously as well. If you are just going to be here and criticize me i would prefer you didn't, but this forum was me trying to find a chess coach. Not be ridiculed because i struggle with playing chess.
I'm not criticizing you. I'm being honest with you.
Its a simple question. How are you supposed to think when youre moving fast and leaving large amounts of time left on the clock? If you review your games. Youre losing for the usual reasons:
Not following opening principles.
Moving too fast.
Missing simple tactics.
Blunders.
As for hiring a coach? Youre going to pay someone money to tell you the same thing. Like I said. If playing speed chess brings you joy them keep on playing it. But if youre serious about improvement? Youre pushing a boulder uphill. That will be my last comment. Have fun and good luck!

try learning a solid opening that you're going to stick to for a while and then focusing on middlegame

Columbo gave you some excellent advice there. No need to get defensive.
Slow down. Play slower games. Think longer.
I recommend Rapid or Daily.
Once you're out of the opening and into unfamiliar territory, you should be spending a few minutes to think on each move - not a few seconds.
I didn't start playing blitz until I was around 1400 in strength. And I didn't start playing bullet until I was around 1800 in strength.
You should also be analyzing every game you play, to find your mistakes. Try to learn at least one thing from each game you play.
Also, these days I don't touch bullet at all - it's just bad for chess improvement in general.
Just some food for thought.

speed chess was one of the first time controls that I learned on chess.com and I had a lot of trouble in OTB when I started doing it because I played too fast. Once I learned to slowed down and take my time I improved a lot!

... No need to get defensive. ...
Strangely it's always the people who don't care that get defensive. And we're already on the second page of not caring.
The way to become a better bullet or blitz player is to become a better player.
And the way to become a better player is to NOT play bullet or blitz.
You asked for advice. You got good advice from FrankColumbio. And you rejected it.
if I were your coach, I would have given the same advice. And when you rejected it, I would no longer be your coach.
Some people don’t want to learn. And they can’t be helped.
learn tactics and endgames first, the rating will catch up!
Thanks jeff, do you know any good places to be able to study endgames and tactics?
