I just took a short break, when i came back, I am losing a lot of games. Having a 5 losing streak isnt fun for me anymore, I need tips to improve again

Before the break, i literary crushed almost everyone i faced Now im always making mistakes, and blundering the won game too. Also i suck at time management and thats a reason i lose too.

Neurological patterns. You stopped thinking about chess so the correct neuron pathways dont fire as much. When you started back you created new pathways to the wrong answer. Perfect practice makes perfect. Imperfect practice makes imperfect. The dangers of inactivity followed by tilting.

I am in medschool and only play 1/1 but recently went from like a 1400 to a 900. And these players seems to be at the 1400 level? Is chess.com messing with the ratings again? Or everyone is cheating? Or I just lost 500 points in a few days? I haven’t hit my head or nothing? Ridiculous what this company does.
