I keep seeing a chess board in my mind AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

I keep seeing a chessboard in my mind, but I only zoom in on random parts of it. I keep seeing random moves, like the rook killing the queen in some random position, or the queen delivering a check, or something of that sort. It's not completely clear. I usually see it before going to sleep.

Am I going crazy? If this is a good thing, how do I make the board clearer?

Nah it's fine it's just your brain thinking about chess, happens if you've played chess a lot or whatever. Happens to me at night after a long day of tournaments, or like today I was at a tournament and before the awards ceremony I almost dozed off and kept seeing random sacrificies lol

You don't have to be crazy to play chess, but it helps.
