i lost to 300 in puzzle battle tried to report them, didnt let me.

i am like 700 in puzzle battle and i lost to a 300 lost like a million points and 17 rating could not report them. someone help. worst yet, i forgot the username, UUGH could not be worse. someone please help me thank you

It's possible for a lower rated player to win.

I know its possible but they were solving like idk, ten puzzles in ten seconds. So did the hack the system so they knew what the puzzles were?
