Guitar players prefer the KING'S INDIAN ATTACK!

There are no good openings. They all suck.

Sigh, like everyone says at your rating you don't need openings at all, but if you are going to spend any time on openings at all which I don't recommend, study e4 e5 openings as both colors.

Play the King's gambit and if they play c5 play f4 anyways.  As black against d4/c4 openings can't go wrong with the king's indian. against e4 I play the caro, but you could always try the latvian.

The best way is study ONE opening at a time,White and Black. Then play master games in that opening.Study it and learn it,Practice.
