I need help pushing to 2000

im good at tactics
You're not, if you were you wouldn't be 1,800, no offense. Though this is just me saying this and my perception of "good" is probably different then yours. To make it to 2,000 do tactics everyday, don't listen to this dude who seems to be disregarding them because they are important and don't equal slow improvement. Now I do agree on they can only take you so far but you have so much more to go till you are even close to that "far".

Read my posts on the first few pages of this thread (especially page 1) and play over the three sample games.

im okay but it takes me to much time to find them

I am 2100 OTB, the main thing is to have a good opening repertoire and to have a calculation technique
tbh openings dont matter that much until like 2000+,(I know i have a very low elo) as long as you know the opening principles and know how to play the game and consistently practice it seems like thats the best way to improve(based off my research from sources such as gms)

Whatching your games... I dont consider your opening repertoire that good...
What can I do to improve it?

Agree with @Abtectous completely. Imbalances are a VERY important part of the game and are constantly overlooked. Simply doing puzzles and tactics clearly isn't enough in this case but are still a very important factor. Stuff like reciprocal thinking and progressive thinking work with imbalances to help understand the position, and will greatly help you in increasing your positional play and hopefully also increase your elo. (For context, I'm only low rated cause I don't play much on online websites, I prefer to focus on OTB).

Disregarding them is bad, but @Abtectous was probably also telling OP how to help his positional play as well. Of course, he wasn't telling you to "completely ignore them" and imbalances are very important in chess as well. Also, brute forcing just tactics may help you get slightly better, but it won't help you much if you haven't balanced learning tactics and other game aspects, such as imbalances, endgame study, opening theory, etc.

And what research is this? GMs and GM games don't help you see if players under 2000 elo don't need proper opening theory. Infact, openings are very important between the 1500-2000 and above most of the time. I'd like to ask what research you refer to.
don't study anything, don't do extra stuff, don't ask other people, and don't listen to any opinion , ignore everybody except your coach, if your coach is 2000+
