I just wanna get to elite. but there's this one guy who always ends up pushing me into 4th and I never get to elite so I AM DETERMINED TO GET ELITE THIS TIME. also does ranking up do anything or am I just doing this for no reason?

It doesn't do anything, other than an achievement
