It happened to me in 3 straight games and it happens a lot these days in games, If this has happened with you or you have an opinion on this, I'll be happy to hear it
In this game I have the black pieces, and my opponent offered a draw for move 37 white , I don't get it why would i accept a draw after defending a losing position.

This second game is quite special, i have the white piece, so after playing like 1000 and blundering a piece right away, after my he offered a draw piece down,i declined then waited for 2-3 minutes for some reason, and then crushed me like the fish would crush if i played against it.

This is the third game and i have the black pieces, after move 79 he offered me about a draw each time I went for a think, why would you and I accept a draw when we are 2 pawn up with nothing to lose.

Some players don't like losing so they'll offer draws, even in clearly losing positions.

They’ll do it in desperation, so don’t accept it.

Your point is quite interesting, even older players do it quite frankly.
