It looks pretty bad. Not only was Anton not in any breach of FIDE rules, but they didn't even attempt to follow what was supposedly protocol until 3 rounds in. And even if they want to pull the suit and tie card they can't because there were players like Aronian that showed up in casual clothing and weren't mentioned at all. Then there's the alleged racism too... It's just really bad...
