I suck at chess.

Just keep practising. Main thing is understanding why your plans are going wrong and what you should do to avoid repeating the same mistakes in future. Also don't beat yourself up about it. It's just a game. Nothing ventured, means nothing gained.

As long as you enjoy playing that's all that matters. If you don't then quit and find something you do enjoy.

You had basically moved only your knights and most of your pawns after 21 moves. Your other pieces were mostly on their original squares. From this point onwards, you started using your remaining pieces to attack other pieces. Soon, you had an overwhelming advantage.
Moving all of your pawns forward is one way to get the space for your pieces to move. However, it also has drawbacks, leaving you open to attacks like the bishop attack that took your rook.
You need to move a few pawns in the opening to help you get your major pieces out. But not so many of them.

What justbefair said. Try your best to follow the opening principles - gain control of the center, develop your pieces as quickly as possible, castle as soon as you can, don't move a piece twice in the opening unless you really need to(to take an enemy piece or defend a square) Good luck!

Hello again, using all of your tips for help and it works, I've been mostly getting draws against higher rated opponents.

Work on tactics puzzles regularly to improve your tactical vision and spotting opportunities to win material or deliver checkmate.
