I don't know but I just watched the most incredible game by Magnus Carlsen and GM Hikaru, commented by Levy. I almost pee'd myself with excitement on this first game at the end THE ROOOOOOK!!!

If you are drunk while you play chess, then you can excuse yourself for playing bad. But aside from the jokes just rest, it will help you, or meditate or try any method to calm you down. I have tilted like 50 elo before so it happens to everyone.
