The server keeps the official clocks and the client side doesn't have access to modify that. It's very possible you're experiencing a significant amount of lag.

That said, publicly posting possible TOS violations isn't allowed. If you feel an opponent was using disallowed resources, you should directly report them to staff.

but you are right, on puzle battle sometimes it passes 2 seconds but the game counts 1 and i lost 2 times because of this, i belive that chess.com do this for forcing people to buy premiun, the same thing wifth internet connection, sometimes i have 5g working and the game disconects out of the blue....
