The last game I played chess.com said I abandoned the game and lost ELO. It was all a lie. I never abandoned the game. I was about to make my next move, then all of a sudden it said I had abandoned. I reach out to support and the AI joke of a support said oh that's bad that's horrible and frustrating but nothing we can do. So I reach out to the human staff. I was told I'd get a response in 48 hours. It's been past 48 hours and still no response. So take my ELO for something that didn't happen and then don't respond when I reach out for support. My ELO isn't that high. But I want to be accurate and now I know that this site will lie and steal your ELO.
