I think the rating system on chess.com is fixed. I’m at 1080 and have been playing chess for years. I think they want you to pay for lessons and fix your rating to stink, so you buy lessons and spend more money

I get beat by 1000 rated players. I know for a fact that 1000 players are full of blunders and the reason I know the people who run this site are cheating and making you look like you can’t learn is because when you get as low has I am, then no high rated players will play you because they are afraid because they know a rated 1000 player can easily beat you. It’s senseless to have a 1000 rated player play like a 1400 player and make very few mistakes. 1000 players don’t know the difference between a pawn and a bishop, they just think ones taller then the other. Lol. It’s all fixed, believe me.

What are u on about, ur still 1080, because ur still that bad, if u don’t like the site then leave.

Don’t be ignorant or condemning. I’m not great my best is 1480, but please don’t make yourself look like a fool. When a chess player can beat you consistently and he’s between 1000 - 1200, something is seriously wrong with their a-hole rating system. Use your brain and not your brawn.

And by the way, you bet your buns that I’m going to leave the site, I just don’t like people being ripped off with a fake rating system that try’s to bait you in to paying for their lessons

I agree with Mitsud, your rating indicates there's something wrong with you, not chess.com.

Keep talking and it will be obvious and convincing that your a numb skull and fool.
King_of_pawns

There are clear rating adjustments for winning, losing and drawing before every game (if it is a rated game), so how could there be any misuse or trickery?

monster-mooster
Answer my question that I’ve posed, I don’t need rudimentary retard answers that are senseless.

A numb skull and a fool that could beat you in his sleep

Okay everybody, stop beating around the bush. Answer my question: what kind of a skill set does a 1000 rated player have. I’d say goose egg. Now answer me: how do these people beat higher rated players consistently. It not possible in the real world.
King_of_pawns

If they did beat them consistently, they would be rated higher unless they were losing to equal or worse players also.

Fixed, fixed. I want my 100.00 bucks back. And if you think that I stink and am a slacker. Look at my profile. I’m not great but I know what rating is and it messed up. Another question, why won’t any 1300- 1400 players play me any more. It’s all fixed to get you to by lessons. For all the paying player who have the same experience, please speak out.
King_of_pawns

To be brutally honest, 1300-1400 players won't play you because they won't find it challenging enough. No disrespect intended. It's just the way it is. I don't like winning games that were basically given to me. Know what I mean?

Chess.com has no influence over your rating.  It's a measure of your strength versus other players.  You're making just as many blunders as your opponents are.  They're missing just as many good moves as you are; this is why you're rated around the mid 1000s.  Nice to know you're still a donkey crevice mr1523.

I have a preference for standard, is that OK?

I was thinking a 12 game match

One more brainless comment without even addressing something intelligently. Is it that hard for people to think of something intelligent to say.
