what are you running? Browser, OS. Is this new? Have you watched vids before?
I tried to watch video & it said cannot load plug ins, file not found.

I'm using google chrome, windows 7. Yeah, I've been able to watch them in the past. But I just recently got this laptop, I haven't watched a video on it yet.
have you loaded latest java, and tested your system for latest java?
and flash. shockwave. You prob need to load and update those. I'm not sure what the vids take but I just got a new laptop with W7 and I run chrome, so update some of that stuff, then check back.
What do I need to change? I assume it's with my laptop & not chess.com, right?
