I want to be a fide master

To simplify. 1700 is expected to score 50% against a 1700 and 2300 will score ~97% against 1700.

97 is "almost double" 50.

as i say i have troubles with internet my real rating is around 1900 blitz

tipish

and that means that? online rating or something? I don't see where OP said he can beat FMs already. thats his goal and 1700 online player is better than the 1200s 1400s 1600s. case close.

First step: get a FIDE rating.

Again...an online rating means about as much as getting on of those online "Life Experience" degrees.

how much i have to train to reach 2300 elo? should i focus on tactics, strategy, openings or endgames? how many hours a day? should be nice if a fide master say his experience

If I am interpreting your stats correctly you have never played a single game under slow time controls. Since you make no mention of it, I assume that you have not played in any FIDE rated OTB tournament under classical time controls. I mean this constructively; you are not demonstrating any serious effort to even consider whether you have any interest in playing classical chess. Playing online blitz has very little relationship to classical FIDE rated OTB chess under classic time controls.

actually i have played under low time control long time ago and i got pretty good results the problem is that i live in a town that its too far away from chess tournaments so its dificult for me to do it, easier is to play onlone or train from my own

Thats to bad.  Im very blessed.  I live near a chess club, and cities where there are many tournaments.

Yup, it's super easy. I didn't even play online chess. I just played some video games, and suddenly, the title magically appeared.

"im just telling the facts im around 1900 2000 elo strengh"

1. How many FIDE tournments have you played in?

2. What is your FIDE card #?

3. What is your FIDE rating?

4. Can you post a tournament result?

I got mine in Self-Exploration Seminaring (with a minor in Ultimate Frisbee).

I achieved my lowly chess standing (in good standing at that!) by performing the following:

Wishing really hard.

Upgrading my home interwebz.

Half a**ing my way through studying.

Forgetting more than i learned.

Being lazy.

When all of this failed to impress people.  I went to the ultimate reply.

"My published rating is <insert rating here>, but my real strength is <insert rating here>"  And when that got poo pooed.  I busted out the big guns, and brought up my online rating, and tried convincing people that im actually better than even my online rating.  Now...people wont speak to me.  I think they're jealous of my skillz.

In order to even start toward your objective, you must be objective about your current skills. Given that you were getting blow off the board by (online) 1400s as recently as March of this year, it would be highly unusual to improve by over 500 points of strength in the span of 2 months. The first step towards your stated goal is to obtain an official OTB rating.

since i have memory i have never be 1400 i think

No one is taking you seriously because you haven't done anything to show you're serious. You didn't even ask how to get better, you asked how to get a title. There are tons of training resources on this website alone, and you're not using any of them. All you are doing is playing speed chess. So all that we see is words. There are tons of people posting on here every day, wanting some quick fix to be good at chess, but all they do is play blitz and bullet.
