I want to change my username but it says I'm in a live game. OVer And OVER

Log completely out. Make sure all sessions to the site are closed. Log back on and immediately change your username.

I cant change my user and I have logged out on all of my sessions. I have restarted my pc and it still does not work. Is there any other way to change it?
