I want to report a cheater

I think he is cheating.

I was disconnected one min, when i should win the game and so he won.

Cheating?  Whats this "cheating" you speak of?

[removed -- MOD] wasn't cheating. He was in a bad position when you disconnected after 6 moves and obviously didn't reconnect in time, and the game was abandoned, giving him the win.

I didnt want to disconnect it just happened.

I was trying to reconnect befoure the 1min pasts but it was late, few seconds late.

I have a steadely connection and thats why this was suspiciously to me.

That was  probably just an accidental disconnection, I don't think your opponents can cause you to disconnect
