err...all i can say is depends...even the best GM may not have a great environment and gadjets to study chess b4 he becomes a GM but they did succeed in the end bcuz of DETERMINATION...

Chess.com is one of the best places for getting the study material but you need to become a premium member for it. As a premium member myself, I would encourage you to try it for a month to see how you can benefit from everything they offer.
Even though it requires the top membership plan, video's are great here, and I would suggest you to check them out if it is affordable to you.

I agree with Hermes. Chess videos are expensive, so it's a great bargain to pay for the top membership to have unlimited access to high quality chess video instruction. You will also improve a great deal by having unlimited access to tactics trainer.
