If another player has first dip, you can do what you want, I had the same problem, but I eventually found a work around, I suspect that me being Premium helped.

I did a CAPS analysis already today, but my opponent also did one for a separate game that they and I just finished. Before, I would be able to see this analysis that my opponent requested. Now, I cannot.
As you can see, the analysis has been done. Unfortunately, I am not allowed to see it.
I play very few daily chess games precisely so that I can get an analysis once every 24 hours. But now, chess.com will not even let me see the analysis if my opponent requests it! If chess.com does not reverse this policy immediately, I WILL quit chess.com and move on to a rival chess site that is completely free and provides 25 FREE computer analysis per day. I expect that chess.com's userbase will shrink drastically as free players decide that chess.com's nice layout is not worth having to pay money to do practically anything on this website.
Your move, chess.com. If you are going to restrict me to one computer analysis a day, at least let me see the computer analysis that other people request. Otherwise, I am leaving chess.com, and I encourage everyone else to do the same.
