Technically, any engine is beatable depending on your luck. Each engine has a chance of best move, excellent, good, inaccuracy, mistakes, and blunders. For higher engines the chance of mistakes and blunders decrease, while best move percentages are increased. So, if you are the one in one trillion, you can beat a 3200 while being an incompetent.
