You should be playing the Najdorf or Scheveningen instead.
I don't trust the Dragon... the d5 square is too weak.
From the position you gave, typical Black plans include Nc4 followed by recapturing on c4 with the Rook, Qa5, b7-b5 and Rfc8, and sacrifices such as Nxe4 or Rxc3.
Recently I've been playing the Sicilian a lot as both white and black. The line I've encountered most often after the Alapin and the Bowdler (which is really for people who don't know the Sicilian) is the Sicilian Dragon. After playing mainline, you end up at a position like this:
I know that white has some space expanding ideas like g4 and h4 as well as Kb1, but what should I aim to play as black? I often get crushed after playing the dragon after running out of theory. Thanks
