chess.com staff or a lawyer could better answer this than me but chess positions can't be "copyrighted" lol
chess.com may have legal claims to software or something, but I'm sure it is fine to post a screenshot of a chess position on chess.com - cite it as on chess.com if super worried, but you can't copyright chess positions or ideas
That is one reason openings go in and out of style and variations are sometimes renamed.
