If my win rate is higher than my loss rate am I under rated?

Asking because I've been gaining lots of rating points lately and I win more than I lose apparently.
It could just be that you had been sandbagging.

If you win 10 to 1 vs weak players it doesn't matter.
If your rating goes up, and stays up, then yes, the past you was underrated.
Was it your 168 bullet rating or another rating you were talking about?
