Why? Because you beat GMs by cheating?
lol
If you are accused it doesn't mean you will be banned.

No, that's not how you cheat. You cheat by using a chess program to tell you what moves you should play you. You are supposed to play by yourself, without using a chess computer to help you.

If someone with a much lower rating defeats me I think either his rating is wrong (maybe he's new) or I had too many drinks.

You can download the Stockfish application on your iphone. You have internet access as well. If chess.com closed your account for cheating, that means they are 100% sure you were cheating.

I hope you realize at some point that you began all these threads saying someone else got banned until people found out it was you. Then you said that you don't mind if people use chess engines to cheat because it's not an FIDE game. You've got some strikes against you

) no.. because GMs have more heart to answer this..
I looked at your old account (the one banned for cheating), you had been playing titled players in correspondence games.

Man... that's a real tear-jerker.

Stick with (OTB) Over The Board tournaments. It is much more difficult to cheat there.
And, if you get caught, you forfeit your entry fee, possibly get banned from tournaments for a periood of time, etc.
People who play in OTB tournaments are interested in testing their chess skills against the chess skills of others. Some people who play online are interested in seeing what their ability to afford chess engine technology does. Some of these people might not even know how the chess pieces move.
