If I faced Carlsen 10 times in standard time controls, I would lose unless I am a whole lot better than I think I am.
If the chance to face Magnus Carlsen 10 times within a year came up....
Unless you are at least a strong IM, you can confidently expect to lose ten out of ten
My point exactly.

Has an IM even drawn against Carlsen since he crossed 2700? Seems unlikely, I remember a couple of years ago an IM drew Anand I think and everyone was shocked.
Where I think people fail in their thinking, is they say "ok Carlsen, Anand etc are GM's..how strong do you need to be to beat a GM?" and they proceed to give an answer.
This is simply not the case, Carlsen is over 350 elo points above an entry level GM, to get to this rating you need to be able to absolutely crush normal grand masters, a draw against a 2500 would drop his rating A LOT.
If you are a GM rated 2500 you might HOPE to draw a game against Carlsen, but it's very very very unlikely, below this there is practically no hope unless the IM is some young prodigy playing far above their current rating. I don't remember ever seeing a GM on these forums, so I think all answers should be losses in all games.

Even if we play a million games,we will lose all the games. I was privileged to play a friendly game with India's first IM ,Mr. Manuel Aaron recently. He crushed me in 15 moves all the time talking to his friends!

Recently in training I beat Houdini 10 out of 10. Carlsen would be easy.
I heard that Carlsen refuses to play people with smelly feet though, so it seems you're outa luck

Carlsen will never know about my smelly feet if I don't take my shoes off.

I would get several draws and possibly a win.
Probably no one who comments on this can draw or beat him! Unless you are trolling. :) I would get crushed!! :P

I could win all the matches if we played an uncommon match with he having 1 sec and i having 4 sec.(with him white always)

I think it would depend on the time control. In a standard tournament time control, I'm pretty sure a uscf2000 like myself has no chance against Magnus. In a blitz game however, Magnus would actually make some innacuracies, so I'd have a small chance.

But you would make even more inaccuracies, and would still have no chance. These threads always amaze me in how much people underestimate the strength of a 2800 player.

Ask Ivanchuk for that matter.
Could you win at least one standard game against him?
I don't even think I could draw one out of those ten games....
I remember playing with this woman who was a daughter of a Chilean grandmaster, and the best performance I ever had against her was a draw. Every other game I played against her was a loss.
I'm not sure everyone has had the priviledge of facing an extremely strong oppponent before, because I see some people underestimate the toughness of a grandmaster....
