What to do when someone is stuck in saame rating let's say someone is a 1300 player but he drooped to 1100-1270 and stuck there for one or two months. So How to tackle this tilit emotionally and how to get back to your peak rating?

my advice is take some rest like a week from back and force games, try to play puzzles, (I do the "extra hard" level option category and suggest you too) and during that time play puzzle rush, keep trying to break your record (puzzle rush helps you to understand defending and attacking and most importantly you will learn to realize your opponents mistake instantly) and after a week I will tell you the next steps ~

this is one of the best question, I feel like calculation is kinda mechanical, you will improve it as you keep doing doing chess puzzles and chess studies, but nerves seems harder to control, my friend who is really theoretical player says he can't stop his hand sweating when playing with strong or titled players regardless of how many games he already played them

There are multiple things to consider like making a checkmate plan or simplifying the position etc

but !!!

the most important one is !! make sure you give your 100% attention, sometimes we like oh okay I won and play mindlessly and suddenly give away the advantage, so never forget a thing : its not over until it's over!

i suggest to watch "how to win at chess" episodes of levy on you tube, it’s like 30+ videos but really helpful and you can also watch this by NM Nelson Lopez https://youtu.be/WGeQ8pSmSiE?si=GDyc7qvIuljdaB_R

Always be attentive to checks captures and threats, and think that every position is a puzzle at some point, because when you review it's considered how bad or good by the stocfish, so every time you play you should think what would be the best move here and your brain automatically tries harder to solve it like a puzzle
