My point is that if you feel inclined to want to rematch you should, and if the other person rejects, under specific circumstances, its most likely attributed to some psychological reason (fear, or no competitive spirit).

Nothing good can come from giving a defeated opponent a second opportunity.
It is just human behaviour that we are angry and feel defeated when we are bested by another. People have different behaviours or mindsets, so some people might be sore losers and not accept a rematch, some may even offer a rematch to redeem themselves. Before making a post like this, you should take into account that not all people behave as you do.

thats fine, but onto the next game can be the same opponent. You may not think for a rematch, but to consciously decline it says something about your personality if you were planning on playing again anyway.
