Probably the queen as it's just a combination of two already existing pieces (no I'm not a misogynist, if the queen was called a king I would still remove it)

I know I'm making this REALLY late (where I am, it's basically the next week) but I was sick for a lot of the mid week, so I didn't have the energy to.
But anyways, people often ask if they could add a chess piece, but a more interesting or controversial topic would be if you had to remove one!
For me, I'd just have to go for the bishop, because it doesn't have very special mobility compared to the knight, and the rook is simply more useful than it.
If you were to remove the pawn, all the pawns would be deleted, which would be.... problematic to say the least... hehe.
But what about you?
