What I always play. There is no reason to change openings against a specific opponent. Changeing openings leads to more errors.

Going short or e4. He is weaker against e4 due to a punch trauma to his chin against an indian. I cant remember the match. Anyway he escaped with a draw!!

In a simul event (the only chance I might have), I would play b4, the Polish/Orangutan opening. I am 2-0 vs GMs in simuls with this - no one plays it, so they don't necessarily know how to crush you immediately, and they have 20 other boards to worry about!
