Now here's a motif I've never seen before. I gave up on trying to win this endgame because I missed a beautiful and surprising idea involving illegal en passant.
There were some good fireworks earlier on, which I've annotated a bit, but I'm mostly fascinated by the end. Has anyone ever seen this illegal en passant motif before? It's a new one on me.
