Ok...if so, I would suggest increase your rating cause its a bit weird to have a 400 rated player teach a 2500 rated player.

Well then:
I mean he has a valid claim, if any player wants to bring his rating down again it's probably not even that easy. Once you know things, you know things. And if you want to bring your rating down to play in some of these big money tournaments for lower rated players like the world or national open ... it's not gonna be easy.
You really have to learn again to play for the four move checkmate and stuff... so that it looks real. And $60 is not steep for this. Consider preparation time.
And then: There is no other coach ... nobody coaches how to bring your rating down so low. He IS the leading authority. As for Magnus: IMAGINE the story ... it would sell for millions. Probably umph times more than simply winning the WCh.

Coach me! My current rating is 2132 and I want to reach 2200 in the next year, 2300 in the next 3-5 years, and eventually 2400-2500.
Dude I am not 15, I am younger, I am stronger than you. 492 is kind of low, in my first tournament I got plus 500 to my USCF rating, everyone knows how to do the 4 move checkmate, and who says its yours? There is even a two move checkmate FYI. Also, Magnus Carlsen is so much better than you, so stop saying such untrue facts about yourself, there are many more players that are so much stronger than you like Fabiano Caruana, Levon Aronian, Viswanathan Anand, etc. Even I am stronger than you. Most importantly, most kids/adults that want a coach have a much higher rating than you. So, the only people you could coach are people that are new to chess. And finally, 60 DOLLARS! THAT IS CRAZY, for such a weak player like you, you should charge 0 dollars.

I am rated 471, peak 492, and I have 5 years of chess teaching experience, I taught my classmates, friends, and my little brother how to play chess. I charg $60 per hour. I will analyze your games, teach cool opening tricks such as defending against the OP fried liver attack and fool's mate and how to do a secret 4 move checkmate. I will teach a person of any rating and I use Skype. If any Super GM is reading this, I will give you a training session on the OP 4 move checkmate since I'm the leading authority on that opening. I can also be somebody's second, preferably Magnus Carson.
