im tired of playing vs ppl that actually cheat to the point i got from 850 to 780 elo so i will be quitting

I understand it's tilting at times but I can assure you I don't think you're being cheated against as much as you think. I looked over the loss streak and many of the games were lost due to simple blunders and tilt. I would say take a break and maybe come back in a bit, but if you do decide to quit, do yourself the favour of cancelling your membership.

My philosophy of the game is irremovable. The multidimensional layers of complexity embedded in the game of chess makes for me the biggest impressions of spatial-temporal connective mathematical combinations. They are quite impressive to me. I looked into all of it deeper, and found out the truth of a perfect solution. White wins offensively, black draws with perfect defense. I could not say more. Anyhow, Stockfish 14 is a mere surrogate. It is a machine that has extremely impressive mastery of tactics, no sense of positional play and strategic ideas. Regardless of that, it produces masterpieces of chess tactical play. Also, I was planning to post this in my thread.

There are very few cheaters at the 600-800 range—certainly not enough to substantially depress your rating.

You're just on tilt and I'm sure we'll see you back online in a few days if not a few hours.

It's quite easy to spot cheaters. My rating is 2800, I lost to someone rated 1300 because they were using an engine. I use my intuition to determine the truth of fair play. Yes, if I do say so myself, this website has a lot of cheaters. The moderators and admins must implement a real time anti-cheat detection system. I do not like it when I lose to beginners.

Even if you cheat you will not defeat me!

If I used an engine, you would lose terribly.

And, sadly, cheaters actually cheat themselves! There is no substitute for LEARNING the game!

I have been a victim as well on a few occasions. Made me not wish to play.

I think we have (estimate) something like maybe 1/3 SERIOUS chess enthusiasts, maybe about 1/3 are "puzzle nuts", just looking for the latest thing to solve, and likely pretty close to 1/3 who get their kicks out of cheating and trying to find ways to skate a system. sad.png

Where is your proof that I cheated? I uploaded the video on Youtube. Did you see me use an engine? Foolish little man. I have only practiced for 100 hours, unlike your untalented chess engine using poor excuse for a chess player self.

its actually very demoralizing , i agree with you

there are many cheaters and the thing is no actions are taken on reports so that's something bad and concerning

Dropping 70 rating points is meaningless. You are expected to vary by many more points than this.

I don’t mind losing occasionally to a cheater. So what if I lose 8 points. I may learn something that will be worth more than that. And if I play another 10 games or so, the rating will correct.
