I know jeremy silman talks alot about imbalances but and it's helped me quite a bit I want to know hoow do you get better at telling imbalances in positions.

So do I. In all honesty I never did really digest all Silman talks about. Do any other author's books talk about imbalances?

Yes many authors have even though they don't use Silman's term. Paceman talks about them for example.
