implementing tactics

I think its easier to solve tactics in some online sites.. as mostly they provide themes like “white to move and mate in 4” or “interference” or “removing the defender” etc.. but when it comes to the practical game.. we do not know whether a tactics exists and we do not what kind.. Eventhough i can solve tactics when I do some puzzles, I find it hard to implement it in my games.. Any advice/suggestions and your experiences also please.. 😊

Tactics flow from superior positions and mistakes made in the game. So, working on positional concepts will help. Also, being familiar with tactical patterns, by doing and studying a lot of tactics, will help you recognize when the structure of a tactic may be latent in a position and allow you to calculate ways to potentially set them up or force your opponent to make concessions in their own position.
