I don't know, that is not a lot of time. Play me a couple of longer games and I will give you some advice.
Just playing won't help if you don't recognize your blunders and have someone to coach you or give you some advice on what was happening on the board.
Kudos to chess4life234 since his advice might be an amazing opportunity to improve and avoid your most common mistakes.
I might also add that solving puzzles did a lot for me, puzzles allowed me to identify tactical opportunities that I wasn't able to see before getting into more strategical and complex topics.
