Improving after Stagnation

I started chess around December 2022, and this week hit 2000 on lichess, and 1900 on chess.com
I find myself struggling to study, or unable to learn like I used to.
Anyone have any tips? Or advice? I know I am not even remotely close to being decent, but I would like to continue improving. Thanks!
