what would Bobby's strengths and weaknesses be compared to Magnus strengths and weaknesses?

Fischer knew he could beat  anyone.    The great world champion, Botvinnik was scared to play Fischer when Fischer was  not even 20 years old.    Finally, after much talking ( similar to people talking if Mayweather would ever fight Pacquio ), the Russian delegation decided to have Botvinnik face Fischer in the Varna Olympics in 1962 ( they seriously considered Botvinnik sitting out versus USA and have an alternate step in ) .    They almost regretted it as Botvinnik sweat a great deal in the first session.    Fischer refuted over the Board an opening innovation that Botvinnik did not get to use in his last World Championship Match !

The game was adjourned and Botvinnik took it easy as all the top Russian players had to work on the position to find how to Draw it.    Many years later Botvinnik's pupil Kasparov was even assigned that adjourned position to find a Draw !

This is one of the reasons Bobby FIscher was so bitter about fighting any of the Russians.   You battled many more than just 1 player.

For many years, Fischer had no peers.

Bobby would beat him off the board. Invading Magnuss mind like he did to Spassky. Bobbys obtuse persona is his greates strength.

Fischer dominated chess in his day like no one before him or since, with the exception of Morphy in his time.
