In chess, everything can turn on a dime.

Chess can be fickle.  The world can be your oyster, and suddenly, something robs you of a piece or positional advantage, or defense, and you go down.   It can all turn on a dime.

Now, there are those of you may say "But a dime is an inanimate object without feelings or sensuality, so how can that be?" and to you I say, that and two bits will get you a refill at the local donut shop.  I don't make the rules.

I have a question: do you make so many threads because of your great ideas, or do you get great ideas because you make so many threads?
