In daily game, if time out who will considered as winner?

I know I am new here....but I've only played a couple of live games. Still not that confident. But my one "win" was a few moves and time out. I wish that was erased from my stats. I don't mind losing at all. I get impatient and until I can control that, my wins will be few and far between because I keep missing some obvious danger to my Queen or Rook when I move them.
So the way I see it, I have one loss out of one live play on this site.
In daily game (suppose 2 days is game period) if time out who will considered as winner?
The person last moved?
